Please Include Setup and Cleanup Time - Rental time is the total time you have access to Franklin Hall—from doors unlocked to doors locked. Please include enough time for decorating and setup, vendor deliveries, your event, cleanup, and removal of all decorations, food, equipment, and personal belongings.
